From the reviews
My husband and I had the pleasure of getting married at Bennett Gardens and we are so glad we did! The gardens are beautiful and did not require much additional decor. The venue worked well for us as it is a large area and fit our 300 guests comfortably.
We had our daughter's wedding there and Kris and her husband were very helpful and I would HIGHLY recommend them as a venue for your party.
Holy cow what a wonderful stop on our Washington to Las Vegas trip! Kris & Doug are so kind and friendly and their sweet little pooch Tulip is fun and an expert tennis ball fetcher! We absolutely LOVED the gardens and the hospitality too! If you love flowers and trees don't miss this stop.
I was here on July 31st 2022 for a wedding!! It was a beautiful venue, very nicely kept up and we really enjoyed ourselves. It's kind of rustic, but with class! The cattle in the beautiful green pasture next door is an excellent touch and so are the chickens you can hear off in the distance.
Getting married at Bennet Botanical Gardens
Bennet Botanical Gardens comes up for weddings, going by their listing and couples’ reviews. Two things make the tour worth it. First, see the glass house at the time of day and season you'd actually get married — the light pouring through the panes at golden hour is the whole reason to book one, but a greenhouse at noon in July feels very different from one at dusk in October, so ask about temperature and shade for your date and walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring the questions that only matter for a glass venue: is it heated and air-conditioned (the single most important question), what months do they actually book, is there shade cloth or diffusing glass for midday glare, what's the humidity like in summer, are candles or open flame allowed near the plants, and exactly what's included — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Glass venues are intimate and popular dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
