From the reviews

Beautiful garden, they really take great care of the grounds. Flowers were starting to bloom the colors are amazing. We did the nature trail it was a lot of dirt walking but worth it. Came across a turtle in the trail, benches along the way if you need a rest break. Took a tour of the farm house, barn, bee farm.

We held my daughters and new son in laws wedding here today and despite the slight drizzle everything was absolutely perfect, we're chalking the rain up to good luck 💜 Alexis was absolutely amazing as a director and helped us get a plan together on short notice and made sure Ava and Codys day was very special.

Loved our baby shower at the Farmhouse! The Private Events team was fantastic to work with, from start to finish. We worked together on a great layout for the flow of the party. Our guests commented on the charm of the venue, and it was cool and comfortable during the hottest time of summer.

Our organization hosted a 75-person dinner at the Garden in April 2026. We used the beautiful (and brand new) greenhouse addition for a cocktail hour and had dinner under their lighted tent. The Botanical Garden Events Team was extremely helpful for the entire planning process.

Getting married at Columbus Botanical Garden

Columbus Botanical Garden comes up for weddings, going by their listing and couples’ reviews. Two things make the tour worth it. First, see the glass house at the time of day and season you'd actually get married — the light pouring through the panes at golden hour is the whole reason to book one, but a greenhouse at noon in July feels very different from one at dusk in October, so ask about temperature and shade for your date and walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring the questions that only matter for a glass venue: is it heated and air-conditioned (the single most important question), what months do they actually book, is there shade cloth or diffusing glass for midday glare, what's the humidity like in summer, are candles or open flame allowed near the plants, and exactly what's included — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Glass venues are intimate and popular dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.

Corporate events & private parties at Columbus Botanical Garden

“I highly recommend booking any sort of corporate event, wedding, or party.” — 5★ Google review by Amanda

Corporate events, retreats, or private parties come up for Columbus Botanical Garden — greenhouse venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
