From the reviews
We recently celebrated our wedding at the most breathtaking venue, and we couldn't have imagined a more perfect place for our special day. From the moment we stepped onto the property, we were captivated by its beauty and charm.
I have had the opportunity to photograph two weddings at this venue and have enjoyed my experience both times. The main building that's made up of all windows is a photographers dream and makes for such a beautiful ceremony and reception area.
What a wonderful venue. We went here for a wedding and it was beautiful. If you have the opportunity this is a sweet spot to celebrate with others.
One of the most beautiful venues in Indianapolis. We found the gem for our son’s wedding and everything was perfect. The venue itself is a beautiful glass structure. We also loved that parking is on site for our guests. The team at the venue were amazing to work with! They were so accommodating and flexible!!
Getting married at Conservatory at Evergreen
Conservatory at Evergreen comes up for weddings, going by their listing and couples’ reviews. Two things make the tour worth it. First, see the glass house at the time of day and season you'd actually get married — the light pouring through the panes at golden hour is the whole reason to book one, but a greenhouse at noon in July feels very different from one at dusk in October, so ask about temperature and shade for your date and walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring the questions that only matter for a glass venue: is it heated and air-conditioned (the single most important question), what months do they actually book, is there shade cloth or diffusing glass for midday glare, what's the humidity like in summer, are candles or open flame allowed near the plants, and exactly what's included — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Glass venues are intimate and popular dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at Conservatory at Evergreen
Corporate events, retreats, or private parties come up for Conservatory at Evergreen — greenhouse venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
