Weekends are officially too busy to be pleasant. With unmitigated photography sessions the Conservatory is downright treacherous to navigate. Still, smelled really nice and of course was beautiful. My favorite this go around was the staghorn fern! All the plants are so well maintained and seem cartoonishly beautiful.
I had the privilege of photographing an elopement at Garfield Park Conservatory and it was the most amazing 2 hours of portrait time I could have ever dreamed of! The staff were so kind and helpful in making sure the brides dress did not get wet while they took care of the plants and vegetation.
