From the reviews
We attended a wedding here and it was absolutely stunning. The outside has a fountain in the front, and a little outdoor area with two little waterfalls and then a stunning view of the mountains beyond. The staff greeted us at the door and all of them were incredibly friendly and kind.
Ther most delicious hors d’oeuvres ever. The options included chicken potstickers, pork potstickers, pineapple salsa, veggie quesadilla, chicken quesadillas, scallops, shepherds pie, beef teriyaki, sweet and sour chicken, fried smoked Gouda Mac n cheese bites, cheesy bread, fruit with raspberry drizzle, ham and cheese…
A beautiful venue for formal dinners and events. I went to my school's prom held here, and it was absolutely gorgeous. Theres a lot of garden vegetation, some fountains, and an amazing view overlooking a field. The photos came out wonderfully. The inside is just as pretty too.
This is one of my favorite of the venues at Stroudsmoor. The views are top notch. With the opportunity for indoor or outdoor wedding it makes it a sought after venue. The interior is nice and has big windows that overlook the mountain views.
Getting married at Terraview at The Stroudsmoor
Terraview at The Stroudsmoor comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth it. First, see the glass house at the time of day and season you'd actually get married — the light pouring through the panes at golden hour is the whole reason to book one, but a greenhouse at noon in July feels very different from one at dusk in October, so ask about temperature and shade for your date and walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring the questions that only matter for a glass venue: is it heated and air-conditioned (the single most important question), what months do they actually book, is there shade cloth or diffusing glass for midday glare, what's the humidity like in summer, are candles or open flame allowed near the plants, and exactly what's included — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Glass venues are intimate and popular dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
