What a magical place!! This venue has it all! It provides the rustic feel of a barn but has been renovated into a beautiful event space. The Barn has multiple floors but is handicap accessible with an elevator which was wonderful to keep everyone included in every aspect of the day.
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! We are so happy we chose The Barn on the Pemi for our special day! It was easily the best day of our lives and the Barn's staff made it so easy for us to relax and enjoy. The staff here are professionals adding are what they do and it shows!
I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about The Barn on the Pemi. My daughter-in-law Kayla and Steven were married there this past Sunday, and it was truly the most beautiful and amazing day.
Having our wedding at the Barn on the Pemi was one of the easiest wedding planning decisions we had to make. We had attended a wedding there a few years prior to getting engaged and it was (and still is) one of the most beautiful weddings we have attended.
Getting married at The Barn on the Pemi
The Barn on the Pemi comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth it. First, see the glass house at the time of day and season you'd actually get married — the light pouring through the panes at golden hour is the whole reason to book one, but a greenhouse at noon in July feels very different from one at dusk in October, so ask about temperature and shade for your date and walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring the questions that only matter for a glass venue: is it heated and air-conditioned (the single most important question), what months do they actually book, is there shade cloth or diffusing glass for midday glare, what's the humidity like in summer, are candles or open flame allowed near the plants, and exactly what's included — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Glass venues are intimate and popular dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
